“The name Domgård is inspired by the old Scandinavian language and means “the realm of the damned” which intends the forbidden domains of the dark underworlds, Utgardr. The spiritual foundation of Domgård is based upon the Chaosofical cult of Þursasiðr.”

DOMGÅRD & Co var iväg på hemlig surströmmingsparty (med alla tillbehör) tidigare på dagen. Alla överlevde och gjorde en svinigt bra spelning på kvällen! Möjligen det bästa på hela helgen. Otroligt snygga låtar. Sist jag såg DOMGÅRD var på “stora” Mörkaste på Metropol 2016 och Heljarmadr gästade på ett par låtar. Han har ju varit av och till i bandet sen 2009 och nu är han då officiellt vokalisten.
Riktigt bra line up just nu. Häftigt att se Grim (även i Snakeskin Angels) på scen igen:) Det var ett tag sen. Setlist längst ner!

domgard

Live on stage for the first time since the start in -97. They were suppposed to play some years ago at the Fornlorn Fest but had to cancel. So this was a historic event!
Also a guest appearance by Heljarmadr (DARK FUNERAL, GRA, CURSED 13) who used to be in the band for some years.
Video clips from this festival are not that many but as I see it, it´s a good thing. When I was shooting from the back of the crowd, the only things in the air was horns, fists and beer bottles. Not the mobile phone screens as usual. During Mörkaste I saw very few of them at any gig. All respect for the Mörkaste crowd!
