And then the live part of the evening (no supportbands)! Most of the crowd were expecting something new and different from the band, but everytime you hear something like that, you can´t really know how it will turn out.
And in this case we got one of the best Swedish albums ever released in mind. I love “The Horror” and wasn´t really sure how much “new and different” I could take. Actually it was more than OK! I absolutely loved the new stuff!! So it´s all good:))

TRIBULATION RELEASEPARTY – The Formulas of Death [Misc.] @ The Liffey 9/3 2013
Crowded house when TRIBULATION hosted the release party for their new album “The Formulas of Death” (Invictus Productions). The best Püssy girls couldn´t be there with us, tho;( Lisa´s band The Baboon Show were on tour in Cuba and Alex went along with them. Just because she could. ) They were very much missed!!!
Jonathan Hultén (Guitars in TRIBULATION and artist at Necromantic Art) had a small exhibition showing the original album art. A really nice night with friends and other great people:)

TRIBULATION – Party.San Metal Open Air 2010
Tribulation!! Får alltid en lite annan bild av bandet när jag lyssnar på “The Horror“. Nånting äldre och sunkigare (visserligen på ett bra sätt;) och nyligen uppgrävt…man tänker inte riktigt på ynglingar som aldrig verkar haft en dålig hårdag i sina liv. Ruskigt bra spelning i vanlig ordning och fantastiskt kul att se dom igen!! Skyhöga förväntningar på nästa platta!

Tribulation – Blod & Svärd, Midsommargården 13/3 2010
Blod & Svärd w. Kongh & Tribulation@Midsommargården. Really cool so I even bought a t-shirt:) Also the strangest night for a long time…weird things happened. I also broke my lens in the middle of the Tribulation gig when Adam (one of the guitarrists) got some lights on him for the first time, so not many pics of him. He was mostly standing in the dark.
Love the band, though. Could see them once a week, really:) The lens I brought wasn´t my usual giglens, but a 50/1.8 and that one really isn´t my favourite at gigs, because it doesn´t got any wideangle what so ever. So in small venues the range is very limited and not a good choice.
Not for me anyway because I don´t like that kind of photos. Still, it´s very small and lightweight. And now it´s broken. The venue itself was quite a nice hangout with cheap beer but it didn´t really sound any good when the bands were playing. In may I´m going to another gig at the same place so hope It will be better then.

Tribulation – Club Distortion, Kafé 44 3/10 2009
OMFG!! I loved the album (The Horror) before, and now seeing Tribulation live, I´m totally lost in it again. Have played the CD on loop in 2 days now;) Amazing album, amazing band, amazing gig!! Can´t say anything else. These guys totally ruled!
